In general, I would trust the popular and well known brands like Crest and Colgate and purchase one of their whitening products. If you need serious whitening power though, toothpaste may not be the way to go. Products like Crest Whitestrips can whiten teeth fast without the use of a toothpaste at all.
All that said, I can't help but wonder if people don't use the whitening products a little too often. If your friend's husband really thinks his teeth should be whiter, more power to him. At the same time though, there are lots of people out there with very white teeth who keep using whitening products like crazy.
Sooner or later, I imagine that they're going to regret it as overusing things like this can lead to problems down the road.
I agree that asking the dentist would be the safest thing to do. People think the more they use the whiter their teeth will be but over using whitening toothpastes can damage your enamel and you will end up with an even worse problem. Whitening toothpaste only remove service stains and won't help the natural color of your teeth, decay or penetrating stains.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
