Press it and the mag will drop free. Then rack the slide back and visually/tactilely check to make sure the chamber is clear. (you'll need to move the thumb safety to off to rack the slide, make sure the lever on the left hand side of the pistol is in the down position).

There is a button on the handle just behind where the trigger is, you should easily be able to find it, its plane as day to see. Push it in and the magazine will release. Unlock the slide by taking the gun off of safety, its a switch located above the trigger, below the slide.

Once you do this pull the slide backwards, if it has a round in the chamber the bullet will eject, be sure to double check and make sure the breach is clear.
