I like all the aforementioned responses, but allow me to add my own. I would suggest you learn the piano first. The piano requires that you read music in both the bass clef (the lower register) and the treble clef (the upper register) The flute, violin and acoustic guitar require knowledge of the treble, but the sax (depending on your choice) may require you to know the bass.

The piano is also a good instrument to begin with because it is very visual; all the notes you will ever play are presented to you in 88 different keys. (the black and white notes on the piano) Plus, the piano promotes usage of both hands, used in identical fashion. This ambidexterity will serve you well as you venture towards mastery of other instruments.

I would then suggest you play the guitar, as a lot of modern music incorporates both instruments. I would then consider violin (depending on what you want to play), flute and then saxophone. I leave the sax until last because there are quite a different number of saxophones to play.

By the time you are at this stage of music learning, you may decide you like the bass clef more (baritone sax, tenor sax) or the treble clef more (alto sax, soprano sax) Yes, girls may like the guitar, but what they like even more is confidence and capability. If you can play any of these instruments well, it really won't matter. But hopefully, you are wanting to learn because music is fun, and is enjoyable-not because you are interested in someone.

I hope it works out for you. Good luck! And remember, the only way to get to Carnegie Hall is practice, practice, practice!

In my opinion, Piano will give you the biggest education in music, Guitar is the most versatile and portable and fun(hard to take a piano to a campfire) Tenor Sax the coolest, I only like violin when it's called a fiddle and flute holds no interest at all. Good luck.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
