Prepare yourself before you go to the doctor about health habit changes you want to make. Remember, you may only have 10 minutes, or less. Prepare for the visit by doing the following:Write your questions on a piece of paper and take it with you to the office visit.
Organize the questions in order of importance. You may not have time to ask them all, so this will ensure that the most important ones are answered. When you call for an appointment, tell the doctor or office staff that you have some specific questions about lifestyle changes.
Bring a pen and paper to take notes.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
