When the world is more stable There is too much uncertainty and chaos in the world. When things look a little more rosy, the markets will rebound. There are some major issues that are worrying investors:- North Korea says will start war if punished with sanctions, Japan considering first strike.

Security Council Soon- Iraq on the verge of a civil war, with no end in sight for U.S. Occupation- Terrorist bombings in India yesterdayIn addition, so far Q2 earnings reports have been less than stellar for many large companies. The only good news is that the Fed may be done raising interest rates for now.
