Where can I rent a conversion van for upcoming road trip? No luck with rental places within 100 miles of our sm. town?

No luck with rental places within 100 miles of our sm. Town. I spent 1.5 hours on internet searching; even tried a couple of RV rentals -- no luck.

The biggest towns near me are Davenport, IA; Dubuque, IA; Rockford, IL; Madison, WI ... anyone know a place to rent a conversion van ... not a mini van or passenger van? Car Dealership I know that sometimes car dealerships actually will rent out vans to people. We used to do this for our Girl Scout troop. The worst thing they can do is look at you funny and laugh.

Or, if they say no you can always ask them if they know who does rent out conversion vans. Or they might know someone you could rent one from. It's always worth a try.

I guess it wouldn't hurt to try contacting a few by phone, though, because I think that will be the only way I'd be able to find one.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
