The most famous foodie is probably Paul Levy- the guy who coined the term foodie in 1981! He lives in Kentucky, and is a famous author and journalist as well. He has won many American and British prizes for journalism and food writing.
He’s known for his wit, learning and taste, and of course, for exemplifying the “foodie Concept! J.R. Norton is another famous foodie, who runs the heavytable.com/ website.
He’s the editor, and writes passionately about food! Ruth Reichl is another famous foodie. She’s well known because she is an American food writer, and also because she co produced Gourmet’s Diary of a Foodie.
She is the culinary editor of Modern Library, and is the host of the Gourmet’s Adventure with Ruth show. She is also famous for being the final editor of the now defunct Gourmet Magazine.
