1 Buy the book "1,000 ways to wok your dog" .
2 I am on the "South Beach Diet. " I have been on it for about four weeks. I look at it as more like a life style change than a diet.
I have found that I can eat less and healthier.
I'm a bit dense today, Direct--I'm probably in need of a healthy meal. Oh don't worry about my dog, but thanks, Direct. My dogs all walk themselves. I'm lucky that way; I train dogs.
Thanks for the obtuse suggestion. Now explain it before I go crazy for the 4th time today. Please.
Thanks,Byrrha .
I actually first heard about the China Study book from attending CHiP (Coronary Health Improvement Plan) meetings.T. Colin Campbell, the author of the book endorses it. Here is his quote about it.
"I have often told audiences around the United States that the CHIP program is the premier community-based health program in the country!" --T. This used to be a really expensive in-patient program that that few people qualified for (they only accepted people in the worst health) or could afford. Now they've made it community based and you attend a 12 week program a few times a week.
You go to meetings and learn how the program works and meet other people trying to follow it. It costs a bit when you start, but the price includes several lab tests (cholestoral, blood sugar, things like that) Also, once you complete the program, if you want to go back to more meetings they are free. I will be honest with you.
I had a hard time following the CHiP diet and lifestyle plan. But I wish I did. People on it had much better health.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
