When america was building up its economy after the great depression, americans started to pick up people in huge boats (now called cruises) and packed them with immigrants from around the world, for instance after the holocaust the jews were transported to the US, were they began living in the big city of new york in ghettos, also hispanics started gathering and packing in the ghettos of NY and so asian people until it all became a big city pot of multicultural immigrants that found hard work and miserable pay, but compared to were they lived and what they were going thru they preferred living in NY, were they found freedom, jobs and apartments for their families, then those immigrants started seeking help in order for their families to come along with them and be all together. The cities became the capital of all immigrants and minorities because that how the rich people wanted to keep it. Rich people lived in landmarks little community cities but only for those who had money.
Since the minorities grew so quickly and were poor, the rich decided to keep them in the ghettos and crowded areas such as the cities. Maybe they thought they would become so crowded that they would limit themselves to keep growing and spread around avoiding landmarks and other rural areas to be invaded by the poor. Landmarks and rural areas were more specious and the rich wanted to avoid their land to get crowded by minorities.
First of all, rural areas mean you live in a house. Not everyone can afford a house. It's hard enough paying rent.
A house is more to keep up with. Mortgage, property tax, water and whatever else comes along with owning a house. Even though it is expensive to live in the city, it's cheaper than living in the suburbs.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
