Why do some people continue to compare the response to the oil spill with the response to Katrina?

He would be making us(The taxpayers) pay for the clean up rather than BP's to make sure that BP's stock prices didn't fall like they are now. I don't say this without any evidence. In 2004 Massey Energy had a rather bad environmental disaster in West Virginia, the EPA wanted to fine Massey something around $4 million, which is the highest they can fine them without congressional approval.

Bush tried to lower that fine to $9000 and make the taxpayers pay for the clean up effort. So right now, the EPA would have tried to make sure this never happened again, while Bush bowed to his corporate masters at BP.

He would have invaded Canada and seized our oil...since we're "with" the British and continue to have close ties to Britain! If Bush can link Afghanistan to Iraq...he sure as hell could link Britain to Canada! Obama has his problems, no doubt, but GW Bush is still an incompetent fool (a nice fool, but still a fool) today and for all of History!

That will not change no matter how often his supporters as "How are ya likin me now?".

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
