Why do some think Jehovah Witnesses follow the watchtower and not the bible?

All religions based on the bible follow their own particular interpretation of their own particular translation of the bible. Hence the variations in 'truth' found in the bible.

It's not overkill - It's called being truthful and obedient. Other religions pick and choose from the Bible. We believe and follow it in it's entirety.

The Bible is GOD'S INSPIRED WORD - making it the ultimate source for spiritual information and guidance. We don't follow after ALREADY PROVEN TO BE false man-made doctrines. We're obsessing over it because by following the Bible accurately, we're walking in Jesus' footsteps accurately, and bring joy to our Grand Creator, the Almighty God, Jehovah.

That's the ULTIMATE joy, of life. What - Following a world where you do whatever you want, when you want, and how you want is joyful now? Hah - That joy is simply temporary, and will only bring destruction come judgement day.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
