Why do we get hyper by taking sugar?

Your brain runs on pure glucose, an extremely simple form of sugar. Put enough of it in your body, your brain kicks into overdrive. The problem is that your pancreas responds to the sugar rush by dumping tons of insulin into your bloodstream to bind the extra sugar.

That's when you crash.

Because sugar (simple carbohydrate) is converted directly into energy. On the other hand, the complex carbohydrate that we get from fruits or vegetables will convert slowly into energy. So, the consumption of too much sugar is not good.

I love sugary food. But, I always eat them at a moderate level.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
