Why isn’t evaporated milk a gas?

Although the name is "evaporated milk", it is the water content that undergoes a change of state. By virtue of proximity, the process of evaporation tends to tilt the milk towards solid than gaseous state.

Haha, it's a brand term. It's not the milk that is evaporated, but the water inside it that has been largely removed to make "condensed milk" which is a more correct term. If you want to eat evaporated foods, take the food to the surface of Venus!

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
