If you accept evolution, you accept that the various species on Earth have come about by chances influenced by natural surroundings - including humans. I understand you may hold the Biblical tales to not be literal, but to be Christian don't you believe that God (Jehovah) is responsible for the creation of humans? If not magically from dirt, then presumably by influencing evolution, or planning it?
That would be theistic evolution beliefs, and not the acceptance of evolution.
One flaw in the old Earth theory is that supporters of the old Earth theory cannot explain the rapid development of landforms. An example is Providence Canyon in Georgia. This canyon rapidly developed within only a few hundred years.
Other examples include the rapid rate of erosion at Niagara Falls which dramatically changed the geology of that area within just a few thousand years. This has stunned the scientific community which historically has said that landforms take millions of years to evolve into such dramatic features. In addition, Carbon 14 works AGAINST the theory of evolution.
Carbon 14 in coal, oil and diamonds all show that the Earth is very young, yet the scientific community has been dead silent on this because they know it refutes the theory of evolution. Consider also Lazarus bacteria which has shown that salt around the world is not millions of years old, but it is in fact only thousands of years old. All of this points to the Great Flood and the fact that Earth is a young creation.
No matter what anyone hiding behind a "scientist" label says, truth prevails. You are blinded by lies from people who hate God.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
