Can an emancipated minor marry without parental consent?

You can't get emancipated at all unless you already have a job and a place to live where you can't be tossed out on the street in the event of an argument. Technically, in Texas, you don't get emancipated, you have the disabilities of minority removed. And it's very rare that such petitions are granted.

It's a long, expensive process, and almost all teens are better off if they just save their money, because even if they spend the money and do everything right, it's unlikely that the emancipation is granted. Basically, you have to convince a judge that you can take better care of yourself than your parents can. If your dad and his GF kicked you out, you can use this as evidence.

However, just "not getting along" with your mother or grandparents isn't a good reason. You MIGHT be able to convince your parents to just let you live with the friends of the family. It's legal to do this if you have your parents' consent.

This would be far cheaper. You would not be emancipated, but you might be better off. You might even get these people to become your legal guardians.

Even if your parents give permission, you still need a judge to approve it. That isn't going to happen unless you have had a full time job for a minimum of 6 months and earn at least $1500-$2000 a month at that job. Having a place to stay without an income isn't going to get you emancipated.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
