Could someone please tell me why the only reasonable answer to the following question was snobbed? I'd like to know why,I'm not complaining?

I will break down the question for us. The best answer did address the main question perfectly. 1."What's so special about Pizza?

Can anybody explain this? Is it just that good? Is it possibly an alien concoction?

Although by asking this question anonymously the asker clearly could not select the best answer but by the inclusion of the subjective "wittiest answer" as a possibility for a best answer qualifier the asker left the door open for each person voting on the answers to decide for themselves who wrote the "wittiest answer" So things worked out as they should have.. question asked, question answered, and by 3 votes to 0 the winning answer was determined democratically.

Our voting system cannot work any better than this. There will be more than a few decisions that go other than we expect and sometimes it is so clear to one person that the wrong answer was picked but it is equally as obvious to someone else that the right answer was picked as "best answer" and in this case the 3 people whose opinions of the answers mattered the most... the 3 voters... they saw things clearly and voted that answer as the best. I may not correct, but let me try. Correct answers is good, but sometime the asker or the voter choose for the most interesting or funny one. For the question about the pizza ...: The asker did mention s/he will pick for best other suggestion of a food that is the same or the wittiest answer.So that is why the voters (@tealmyster, @annelisle, @pixelsilva) voted for the funniest answer.

Personally, I like your answers. You always try to give us very informative, scientific and educative answers. That's good.

But if you could add some spices (I mean funny/witty elements), you can the unbeatable. And something I want to add: Mahalo best answers are biased personally. The best answerer of that pizza question is the funny bunny.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
