We are having warm weather her in Wales UK, it is unusual, it is because warm breezes are coming over from spain so it gets sticky,but last week it was below freezing with lots of rain but thats UK for you full of surprises weather wise! .

The weather here is nutz last week we had 113 degree weather, broke all records ever recorded for Los Angeles. This week cold and rainy for 3 days and now heating back up into the 90's. I just wish the weather would make up it's mind.

Unreal temps, Carla. I have a friend in LA who is hoping to relocate to Alaska soon and the heat is one of the big reasons. I think back and wonder how I ever survived triple digit temps in FL cos the heat makes me physically sick sometimes.

Lucky friend. I never thought I would say this, but I just wish I could move anywhere away from the city.

She's in LA, too, so it'll be a bit of a lifestyle change for her, tho' she's been here and loves it. I enjoy the perks of living in the city, the museums, shows, shopping, etc, but wouldn't trade my mountain views up here and the real wildlife for all the wild life in a big city again. Well I was born in Anchorage in '52 and remember some spectacular views as well as just spacious areas.

Cool! If I knew that, I'd forgotten. Anchorage has certainly changed lots even since I first visited in 2000, not to mention that Wasilla looks like a totally different place, but, yeah, those views don't go away.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
