You may be loosing fat but gaining muscle which isn't a bad thing, just means your toning up :).
Its probably because you are gaining muscle which weighs more than fat. As long as you are eating healthy and exercising you are good. Its always easy to lose weight at first then it slows down once you get towards your target weight.
You need to go to the gym more and use the machines often. Perhaps 3 times a week? Do more around the house and exercise when you're at home.
Walk to certain places. Have the same amount of hours of sleep(8 Hours). Don't sleep straight away after you eat your dinner.
Drink water. Don't give up. It takes a year to lose weight as you slowly lose a few pounds each month.
Good luck.
Weight loss does not equal good health, and good health does not equal weight loss. Take for example: I was on a diet once where I ate exclusively bread and low-fat lunchmeat. I lost several pounds, but kept getting sick.
Why? My immune system was weak because I wasn't properly feeding myself. I lost weight, but wasn't healthy.
However, when I started eating healthy several years later (only organic foods) and started a power yoga routine, I gained several pounds. Why? I was building muscle, which weighs more than the fatty tissue I used to have.
The best way to assess whether you're on the right track is to find out what percentage of your body is fat and if you're in a healthy range. If you want to trim down your body, just make sure you're consuming a healthy amount of fat. For example, avocadoes are very healthy, but they have a lot of fat, so you shouldn't eat too many.
Watch what you eat, even if it is healthy.
At 5'8" you really do not want to weigh less than 145. Now it is all about reducing your body fat by building muscle.
Just keep doing the healthy things like eating plenty of fruit and veggies, get enough sleep, maintain some sort of exercise regime and make it a lifestyle and you can't really go wrong. Good luck.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
