I was doing the FANOMOs diet thing and not loosing any weight?

I was doing the FANOMOs diet thing and not loosing any weight I was doing this and was like why am I not loosing weight .......... I was at first and doing a good job too...well, come to find out im Preggo guess thats why iam not loosing weight, We are praying this time will not be a miscarriage or ectopic again. Only 5 weeks along.... being military docs they won't see you until you are 10-11 weeks along. So I told my self to be on bed rest.( the doc did say take it easy)not do any cleaning or cooking just resting, sitting and laying on the couch.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
