From what I have read I am thinking the lawyers are incharge of this case and are making any and all arguments that can to stop jailbreaking. The legality around jailbreaking is far from settled law and is a real test of the DMCA. Apple is trying to say that jailbreaking is illiegal and a violation of copyright under the DMCA.
From a business point of view I can see why Apple would do this, although I do not necessarily agree. I personally am not bothered by it. No one has to use an iphone and there are plenty of other options out there.
If you don't like how Apple is dealing with this issue move over to a different phone. I hear the android phones are very nice.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
