Republicans did NOT take away collective bargaining for wages. Why are Dems screaming and saying?

It would lead to smaller govt... Collective bargaining should not be the rights of govt or public sector employees.. EVER. What if our soldiers had the right? Half way through the war they stop and say we want a million dollars a day and make it forever.... Private sector unions are great ( I am in operating engineers) we don't get guaranteed hours or days off or more then 8 unpaid holidays a year.. we do get $ 1 .65 an hour for holiday - vacation pay.. That gives us about 1800 dollars a year for both, public sector make over ten times that... and at the taxpayers expense , that along with a very generous retirement, not social security...

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
