Find a crafty, silly activity that takes you out of your world. Make it a ritual as often as you can. See if you can find a hobby that pushes you a little past your comfort zone, engages your creativity, costs little or nothing, and challenges you to try something different for a change.
It could be as simple as flipping through a stack of favorite photographs. Can't think of anything? Then just try this: after the kids have gone to bed, fill the bathtub, light candles, and slowly sip a cup of hot tea or glass of wine as you read a book for an hour.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
