Go to bed and sleep at your regular time. When neighbors make a racket at midnight, roll over, give each other a kiss, say Happy New Year then go back to sleep.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
