1. Don't keep junk food in the house. 2.
Put the junk food out of sight. Each time you see it, you have to resist, which takes more willpower. 3.
Don't take a big bag or a big bowl of junk food. Put a little bit int a bowl and eat from that bowl. That way you can see what you are eating.
When you eat from a big bag, it is easy to finish the bag without realizing how much you are eating. 4. Don't eat when you are distracted by TV.
Some of these are easier said than done, but I hope at least some of these help you. If I can make one more suggestion: many people who eat badly can be enablers. It is easier for your husband to say, "Aren't you going to have some food?
You can't watch a movie without popcorn. You're being silly." than it is for him to face the fact that he has a bad eating habits.
To stay away from food clean out your pantry and refrigerator of all junk food! Therefore when you lok for junk food there won't be any so you won't eat. Keep some carrots (or veggies and fruits) or gum and eat that.
Its healthier. (well maybe not the gum but its really helpful).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
