How can I stop eating so much junk food? I want to lose weight!?

Try and exercise more, if you exercise you will feel better about yourself and be less inclined to eat crap and want to eat more healthy stuff.

I broke myself of the junk food habit this way: I kept a list of everything I ate and drink. Everything. Including glasses of water.

Then at the end of the day, I read the list. When I realized how many empty calories I was consuming, I lost the desire for junk food after about 2 weeks, Good luck!

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
