You can't unless you air it. And you obviously feel the time's right now, it's just that it's hideously embarrassing to have to admit to it, out loud, right? But that's what therapy and therapists are for.
She isn't going to judge you, she's just going to talk you through it and see where you are with it now. Just say it, any way you can.
Just be honest , you'll get the help you need you can't get help if you don't admit to it . That's the only way.. Hope this helps.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
