Forgive & Forget Infidelity?

I've personally never forgiven it and I always say that I never will - but I suppose you don't truly know until it happens to you x.

I went through this with my husband he had an emotional affair with a co worker and yes I forgave him. After the dust settled we were able to talk about our feelings and what was wrong with our marriage. He told the friend that it was over between them and we threw ourselves in repairing the damage that was done.

It has not been easy but it has been almost 3 years since this has happened and we are still working on our marriage. It has taken me a long time to trust him again and the trust is still not 100%. If you truly love someone then you will fight like hell to keep them.

It is easy for people to say you need to kick them out but until you walk in someones shoes that has been through it you can not judge.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
