People doing these things are a distress, so we all have to be ready. I think I'd play with them nicely by letting them be and continue to be friends with them. To protect others, I'd surely ask them why the treatment, or what the other person has done to be treated that way... If things are worst, I'd tell the HR.
People into these things are in dire need of a little sit-down-talking. It's one thing we can do to help them. Very engaging question.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
