Normal LDL level is 80 to 100 (you have 119, slight increase). To lower your LDL and raise your HDL, start the following: EXERCISE: You can start regular exercise (brisk walking or other exercise for thirty minutes daily in the morning or evening). DIET: Follow a diet that is low in saturated fat and cholesterol.
MEDICATION: If you are unable to take regular exercise and unable to start a restrict diet, visit your doctor who will prescribe you any Statin (atorvastatin or simvastatin). Other medications used in lowering LDL cholesterol and in altering cholesterol profiles include nicotinic acid NIACIN, fibrates such as Lopid (gemfibrozil), resins such as Questran (cholestyramine), or Zetia (ezetimibe). If your LDL starts to lower in tendency, automatically the good cholesterol will rise proportionately (but life-style modification is required).
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
