One sure way to get nice loose flowy curls is to use good old fashioned rollers. I like the regular plastic rollers with a bobby pin. Make sure to grab small sections and roll while wet.

Put product on the hair prior to rolling and spray with hairspray when done. Sit under a hard hair dryer or just let air dry. You can also get a large barrel curling iron.
