By Default DHCP will be on ..... which will assign the next available IP address dynamically at each connection or reset. Log into Router control panel, switch DHCP off and assign individual IP numbers which will need to be duplicated on to the corresponding PC as well. However, I'm not sure why you would want to do this, DHCP works fine for most people and avoids the need for tinkering with router settings.
Remember that you also need to assign IP manually for any other network device and some printers will only want to use their own IP so make sure you note them all down before switching DHCP off otherwise you may be stuck.
Two ways Log into the router, go to the Basic Set-up menu and change the Client Lease Time to 0. The lease time is the amount of time the router will hold the IP address for a client that drops off the network. 0 means one day.So as long as you log into the network within a day of your last login, you will get the same IP.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
