Sorry to hear about your traumatic encounter. I'm not a lawyer, but I'd suggest - if you feel you must report the incident - that you contact you local animal control officer or your local police department to file a complaint about the dog attack as you experienced it. From my understanding, taking legal action usually costs more than it is 'worth' in the end.As far as recovery, if your dog is physically injured, please take them to a vet.
Of course the emotional recovery for you more than your dog will take a little while - but do try to move past it and have a chance to get out and spend time with dogs you know are friendly and your dog can play happily with so s/he can get back to normal as soon as possible. Good luck to you both.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
