It does violate human right, but because they had Voluntary enter a legal binding contract with their organization during their baptized vow gave the organization right to shunning.. even if it cause "emotional distress" and death. If you officially disassociated yourself from Jehovah's Witnesses, you wrote a letter to your congregation including a statement such as, "I no longer wish to be associated with Jehovah's Witnesses." In that case, it is you who have declared that you are shunning Jehovah's Witnesses, rather than they shunning you. Once you've made such an official declaration, Jehovah's Witnesses are obligated to honor it.

Such an action entails consequences for both those who are shunned and those shunning them, and the one who took that action is in no position to blame anyone else for the consequences.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
