Making a lifestyle change. Has anyone tried the raw food diet? Recommendations?

I`ve been a practicing raw-vegan for nearly five years, and absolutely love what it`s done for me! I can`t think of anything else you could do that would provide nearly as much positive change as going raw-vegan. Whether it`s the energy you gain, the absence of colds, achieving your healthy natural body weight, or the countless other benefits, you`ll be amazed at just how much what you eat affects how you look and feel.

If you`re totally new to raw-veganism, don`t be discouraged. It`s easy to start and you only have to take it as far as you want to. If 100% raw-vegan sounds like too much, that`s okay.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
