My eight month old yorkie has started pooping in her crate at night, help?, this is something new?

This is something new! She usually goes outside and rarely has an accident that is her fault. She might have an accident if not walked according to schedule but I have been consistant.

I feed her twice a day in the morning and about 5 pm and walk her before I crate her @ 9pm For the past few days she has been pooping in her crate @ night. She never did this! She only has enough room to sleep on her bed in the crate.

I have cleaned it and replaced the bedding but she has been doing this for the past few nights.
