The health problems that result from eating the same processed foods all the time (ask yourself: how many foods and beverages have you had today that included high-fructose corn syrup, sugar, or white flour as one of the first three ingredients?) are all those commonly associated with the so-called Western diet: heart disease, diabetes, cancer. These are serious diseases, all of which could likely be avoided if we just had more opportunity to choose the right foods as part of a healthy lifestyle.
I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
