Morning carb binges (pancakes, waffles, bagels, and sweetened, refined cereals) set you up for a day of carb cravings, most likely leading to meals with few nutrients and high sugar and fat content. That simple carb loading begets more simple carb loading -- rather than satiating the craving -- is an unfortunate fact of life. If you spike your bloodstream with an initial jolt of easy sugar, you will crave another hit all day -- just like a junkie.
Put that junkie in rehab by making sure you begin your day with a meal full of fiber, a little bit of fat, and some protein, rather than simple carbs. An omelet (egg whites only or not) with veggies and organic meat is a great option. You can throw a high-fiber fruit (like an apple) in there for good measure, too, or as a midmorning munch.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
