What do you do if you do not hear back from an interviewer?

Call backs I understand your dilemma and feelings. It is so difficult to wait for an answer. I am going through the same thing right now.

I feel you should keep calling. It proves your persistence. You also have a right to know what is going on.

If you call, be polite. Tell them that you want to know but also want to learn from your experience. And, if you gain info you can improve your skills for next time.

When you call, make sure you ask to speak to the right person. I feel you should feel confident, but also be ready if you are not the successful candidate. Please do not lose hope because in my situation, the hiring "squad" had family and personal emergencies to attend to.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
