It maybe that you are not drinking enough water. So, try increasing your water intake, drink at least 6 to 8 glasses. However, if the headaches don't stop than you may want to see a doctor.

Well, there's a whole bunch of things it could be. The simple reason might be you're drinking too much caffeine. Caffeine is in everything these days, and you could easily be consuming too much.
The nighttime headache could be because your consumed too much and the morning headache could be because you're now going through withdrawal. You might try cutting back or cutting out coffee, sodas, energy drinks, etc. Headaches could be caused by a sinus condition or even allergies. If I skip my allergy medication on the weekends, I sometimes start getting a headache as my sinuses close up.
You could also have a sinus infection. I've talked to people who have been bothered by headaches and face aches for years before finding out from a specialist that they had a sinus infection. Or it could be stress.
When we're on the go all the time, with your heart pumping and your pulse racing, it's when you try to slow down that you start feeling the effects of all this stress. It could manifest itself as a headache or even your pulse pounding in your ears.So those are the easy ones. The more difficult reasons really need a good doctor to go through the list.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
