When doing a cardio workout, there is a certain heart rate you want to reach and sustain, so that your body burns fat the most efficiently. This is called your target heart rate (THR). You want to reach a heart rate (the number of heartbeats per minute) within your target heart rate range and hold that level for at least half an hour.
When your heart rate exceeds this ideal range, your body switches from aerobic (your body is using oxygen to fuel metabolism to get energy) to anaerobic (your body is using other chemical processes that do not require oxygen to fuel cells -- i.e. , muscle contractions) exercising, meaning that the cells in your body have switched the source of their energy and will now fatigue faster because anaerobic activity produces waste molecules that impair activity and may make you unable to burn fat as quickly. So, if your heart rate rises above the high limit, slow down.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
