Shame your description was wrong. You will have to give refund otherwise the buyer will open a case and get it back anyway. Make sure you have the laptop back before you refund the payment.

Did you post photos to see any broken bits before it was sold? As a seller now you can only leave positive but make sure you answer to the negative the buyer is going to leave and be polite but make your side clear. Check their feedack see if they have done anything like before.

Its because of scum like this I don't sell no more on ebay, I had one guy who opened a claim against me it went on for days and he then closed the claim because I proved him wrong. Get them to send it back to you. If they don't send it recorded say you havent received, then they cant do nothing about it with paypal or ebay.

But if they do youl have to refund or say youl give them a particial refund.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
