Even after dieting and exercise, there are people who do not lose weight. Why?

I find this one about 'water' a bit hard to believe. Maybe it's true. What I have noticed is that most people who are overweight do tend to eat bigger meals than most people who are not.

Just observe, and see if it's not true. Yes, I know there are skinny people who eat up large; faster metabolisms and all that. But the fact is that food is energy.

If we take in more energy than we burn off over a sustained period we will put on weight. It's a natural law. All the rationalizations in the world won't make any different: more in, less out - result, extra energy stored.

Up until old age, this can be stored as either muscle or fat. But if you don't exercise enough, it will be fat.

I think muscle weighs more than fat, so after exercising you will be fitter and healthier, and some areas of your body will measure less, but you may actually weight the same.

As it was called obesity, drinking water can become fat.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
