Hindus, Whose decision is true Dharma? Vibhishana abandoning ravana or Bhishma ,Karna ,supporting suyodhana?

A friend should be that who can guide you from wrong to right. If you are gong some thing bad and your friend is helping you in that. That type of friend is good for nothing.( but why we should put our minds in that things our brains are not so developed to understand the divine play.

Karen was with Duryodhaana in this their must be some divine play behind that.

For Karna he may be righteous person so he forgot his brothers and stood strong with duryodhana. I am not Duryodhana and I may suspect him as a spy and it may spoil our friendship. So I don't want him as my friend although I like him.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
