Keratin supplementation Keratin is form of protein and a component of hair and nails in humans. Don't make the mistake of thinking that eating it will promote its use and so therefore hair growth. On the other hand... not having the constiuent nutrients in your diet to allow your body to make it could be a the problem.

I think women have known for quite a few years that supplementing with Keratin gives you stronger finger nails. But if you want to give it a try Keratin is also used by animals to make hooves, horns, feathers, and quills... basically the stuff nature uses to accessorize us mammals. You can buy it as "gelatine" in the grocery or if you like it flavored as a product called "Jello".

Send children's clothing, toys, or baby supplies such as diapers to central location. The Salvation Army is collecting money to purchase life-saving products for the families who suffered in the floods in Texas. Beyond that, if you know somebody who is in your social network who lives near the flood victims, organize a collection rally on forums and have the person closest to the flooding be the nexus to collect items.

The worst needed items are diapers, children's clothing, pasturized milk, and other infant supplies. Sources: salvationarmyusa.org/usn/www_usn.nsf/vw-... .

Keratin 17 is derived from wool & is not in any foods. Keratin 17 is supposed to be the next big joint suppliment. Unlike glucosamine, it is not from cartiledge, therefore it is great for vegetarians since the sheep are not killed, merely shorn to get the wool that is processed to form the suppliments.

1 Umm,sort of. I won't waste an answer slot or post an answer here, but this is more complex than finding food sources of any keratin. This user has been banned from Askville.

2 This answer does not address the issue. The study appeared to show a causative association between the ingestion of keratin 17 and hair follicle growth. While the scientific processes may indeed be more complex, it is at least an interesting question to query whether the human diet contains either keratin 17 or substances that would promote (or interfere with) the production of the keratin compounds (as another reader pointed out, jello may be such a food).

Is there really anyway to pass a hair follicle test.

I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
