My car makes a vibrating/grinding noise(from the steering wheel) "when" I turn right AND does not happen all the time?

It could be something rubbing on the wheel, like part of the wheel-well lining, or it could be a CV joint.

This usually means that the left wheel bearing is going out. When you turn right, you shift the load of the vehicle to the left wheel and a bad bearing will let you know this in the steering wheel.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
