1 I didn't weigh myself. I'm getting ready to go to my daughter's place to continue help her pack up for her move. I ate a half EM, half of a banana, coffee, tea, yogurt and blueberries for breakfast.

This afternoon, I have to begin to make some of the big pots of soups and foods for the next week and half. I have to continue this pattern since it works so well for me and my family. Have a great day everyone!

I'm eating my EM/PB even as we speak! Have fun packing.... and cooking! You've inspired me to walk to the grocery store today to get some split peas.

3 I'm doing the same thing today kind of. I'm making a lot of healthy things and freezing them for this week. I'm posting early because i'll be busy most of the day.

I've had cereal with 1/2 banana for breakfast. I won't have time to get any exercise in probably. I'm going to try to do some pilates tonight but we'll see.

4 cutiekitty1788 - Pilates are great, as I said, and results are pinpoint and unbelievable in such a short time. It's also slow and relaxing! We went to help my daughters move, all went well and fast as far as packing.My husband helped and then went to walked the beach in Ft.

Lauderdale, while I stayed with her to pack. She suggested we go to Subway. Great idea, right?

I don't normally eat bread write now but she stated I could get the wheat. We get ready to go and then she changes it and she's wants to go to the French Bakery for a sandwich. I told her that I'm not getting anything from the French Bakery.

She said, "They probably have wheat. " I then said, "Well, I don't want to take the chance." She then says way, I'll go there and you can go to Subway.

She does stuff like that, changes at the last minute all the time! Well, I was adamant, especially because it was her Dad and I who were there to help her pack.Do you we ended up going to Subway and she didn't say a thing. She probably was in shock when I told her no mayo, just mustard and ham cheese lettuce and tomato.

I split the 6 inch with my husband and she split her 6 inch with him also. I still think she's in shock because I didn't bend. I told her that I have been working really hard for almost two weeks and I am not about to mess up what I have going at this point.

It's not that hard to do.

I've always been an "I don't care, whatever you want, dear" kind of person. Well, at my advanced age I'm discovering sometimes I DO care and I'm learing to stand my ground when it's important to me. Took me 55 years to figure this out....When I go to subway I get just the veggies on wheat.

Sometimes I have them drizzle on a tiny bit of the chipotle mayo. Supposedly the whole thing is only 297 calories without the mayo. But it's a great option if you have to eat lunch out.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
