1 Good morning everyone! I had the usual breakfast, 1 cup special k protein plus, 1/4 c skim milk, and 1/2 a banana. I'm going to do 35 mins on the treadmill and a little ab exercises.

2 I had my Whole Wheat English Muffin with 2 teaspoons of Smucker's All Natural Peanut Butter. I put a half a sliced banana on top with a sprinkle of honey. I also had 2/3 rds cup of Non Fat Plain Yogurt with Splenda and I threw in some fresh blueberries.
That comes to around 350-400 calories including my coffee creamer. I'm writing this out for the new people. I am in maintenance.
If I wasn't in maintenance, I would have eaten 1/2 of the EM and that would have taken off 100 calories. I have to do the works today and my weight is at 119 1/2 and I'm being generous with the half! My thought process is this.
I'm doing everything right, once again with the holidays being over. From what I remember, it took at least a week for me to get back to where I was at the lower end of my cushion. In my opinion, it may take up to two weeks because I'm not dropping back and creating a deficit.
I'm just eating normally and remember when I said I felt it takes longer because it's going to take a while to accumulate the 3,500 needed to lose a pound. We'll see but I can remember that I started this normal eating the day after New Year's so that would be the second and I was at 120. Now I have to see how long it's going to take to get back down to 117.It's already 1/2 a pound gone.
We'll see, we have to also factor in fluctuations. So, it's only been two days since I went back on track and this is my third. That's fine but it makes you realize that I'm not even half of a week yet of being back on track after the holidays, so we have to all be patient and not expect immediate results.

4 Good morning! The scale was down 1/2 lb. One more lb and I'll be where I was the day before TG.
Since in my new "plan" today is a training (not cardio) day, I think I'm going to do the yoga video. My shoulders are still fairly sore so I think the stretching will be good for them. This video is actually called "Power Yoga" so I may end up eating those words!
It's also warm out again so I may go out for a pleasure walk (remember them? ) with no attempt to get to my target zone. Breakfast was 3/4 cup oatmeal (225) with 2 tablespoons of dried cherries (60) and 1/4 cup of almond milk (15), and a very scant teaspoon of Splenda, probably more like 3/4 teaspoon, for a total of 300.My breakfast is always 300.
Also had my usual two mugs of black coffee. I didn't change to black as part of my calorie cut-back, I just always preferred it black, so I don't need to spend any calories there. I'm not a big morning eater so even when I'm in maintenance I doubt I'll eat more.

5 Morning everyone! Just got back from surfing. I think that this may be the last week of surfing for me the water is getting too chilly for me.

I cant really gove you an answer,but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest.
