You need to have your puppy get used to the crate a little at a time. Let him play in it, feed him in it, etc. With the door openbefore you start using it to confine him. Put a cloth on the bottom for him to sleep on.
Eventually you will close the door. Start out with small period of time, like half an hour, and increase the time. Leave the door open so he can go in there anytime he wants to the rest of the day.
Many dogs, when they are grown, choose to go to the crate for the greater part of the day because that is their private space.
I agree! My dogs put themselves to bed in their crates at night. :).
Great answers & one more thing to add...Using a divider in a puppy's crate can help to confine them to a certain area so that they're less likely to use the bathroom in it. I've owned several dogs over the hears and crate-trained every one of them. This has always been a successful method of potty-training with the crate.
Of course, I also make sure to schedule outside time for using the bathroom and try to keep to that schedule so that my dogs know when and where they're supposed to "go. "And it never hurts to put a little bit of YOU in the create. When our now 3-year-old chihuahua was young, we used to put some of our old shirts or towels with a controlled heating pad in with him each night.
This helped him to get comfortable being in the crate much more quickly than other dogs we've crate-trained. We didn't leave the heating pad in when we were gone or not near him, but the old shirts and towels still helped him feel more comfortable. Of course, now he takes anything we leave on the floor into his crate whether we offer it to him or not...
I also agree with Middlespecialist and Sitelaunchsystem. You can also offer a special treat to your pup that is only given in his/her crate. Treats that last a while are good choices. It won't take long for your puppy to look forward to going into the crate.
Try peanut butter and kibble or frozen plain yogurt and kibble pressed into a kong toy. The frozen kong also helps with puppy teething.
I think Middlespecialist covered it pretty well. I would just like to add one small thing: positive reinforcement. It is very important that you offer lots and lots of praise to your puppy when he behaves in a way that you like.
Praise has always been the best method of puppy training in my experience. Along with Middlespecialist's tips (and a little bit of patience) the crate will be a valuable friend for puppy, and for you.
The best way is to excercise people say they won't go away but trust me if you excercise they will go away maybe like in a month or 2 but they will because your working out which means your burning fat so there gonna go away because strech marks are from being fat. Maybe it's because you don't do anything you just sit around at home so you get them.. but just workout real hard trust me..the best way to is take a photo a day. Organize your best photos with this app.
Great for families as well.
I cant really gove you an answer, but what I can give you is a way to a solution, that is you have to find the anglde that you relate to or peaks your interest. A good paper is one that people get drawn into because it reaches them ln some way.As for me WW11 to me, I think of the holocaust and the effect it had on the survivors, their families and those who stood by and did nothing until it was too late.
